Going the Extra Mile...

Often times small and hidden water intrusions can deal great amounts of damage if undetected over time. Unfortunately, in this condo in Royersford, that is exactly what happened. The home owner did not detect this water intrusion in time to deal with the secondary damages that occur over time, in this case microbial growth had begun to wreak havoc on nearly every area of the home. 

Although the damage was not detected and significant growth did occur, SERVPRO of North East Chester County was called in to salvage what we could and mitigate further damage. In this instance, the necessary drywall demolition was performed, the source was located and fixed and the mold was remediated. We even went as far as to seal all affected wood materials with an anti-microbial primer to further protect this homeowner from future grief.
