Commercial Property in Phoenixville Mold Remediation

The Property Manager at this Phoenixville, PA commercial property called us in to clean-up the basement and take care of apparent mold growth.  Our skilled technicians completed the mold remediation, following the "HEPA Sandwich" Method, which involved two passes of the HEPA vacuum and an aggressive cleaning in between.  We also treated the area with botanical anti-microbial solution, then re-sealed the walls with anti-microbial paint.  SERVPRO left it not only clean and sanitized, but looking much better and protected for the long haul.  We had some extra paint leftover, and even slapped it onto an extra wall - no charge!
