Malvern, PA Storm Hit the Basement Floor & Ceiling

Oftentimes storm water damage only affects the flooring in a residence, and more specifically, the basement floor.  However, in this Malvern, PA home, the basement floor AND ceiling were affected by intruding storm water, and required some demolition and water mitigation.  SERVPRO of North East Chester County removed the sagging, water-logged ceiling drywall and part of the soffit, along with the affected carpet and wall areas.  The saturation level of the affected materials was substantial, and so required quite a few days to dry out, post demolition, but in the end the homeowners were thankful for our services and the quick, professional response!
