The pictures shown here are of a water closet connected to an apartment that experienced very heavy microbial growth from an un-mitigated water loss in Royersford, PA. SERVPRO of North East Chester County was called in to remediate the growth. The water closet just also happened to be a very confined space with numerous pipes and gas lines. Our technicians took the utmost care during demolition not to damage any hoses or water lines that ran through this closet and found even more growth behind the visibly affected sheet rock. Although it was a daunting task and difficult to maneuver around all the utilities, the area was properly remediated and we were also contracted to do the repair work.
